For the first time I attempt to prepare the famous spring rolls. I have been very helpful to Misy already posted the recipe for pasta wonton and Elena, for the filling instead I opted for a mixture of meat and vegetables just as they do at the Chinese restaurant where I go.
Excellent! Especially accompanied with sweet and sour red sauce.

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 250 g flour 1 egg
  • a pinch of cornstarch
  • water (80 ml)
For the filling:
  • onion 1 carrot
  • 4 / 5 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 200 g minced meat (roughly)
  • soy sauce fresh ginger
To First I prepared the stuffing in a way that had to chill before putting in the rolls.
Cut the onion, carrot (julienne) and Chinese cabbage. Drain bean sprouts and wash them.



In a skillet brown the ground beef crumbled before with a little 'extra virgin olive oil and when it has browned, add a few tablespoons of soy sauce. will make the meat tender, just like the Chinese.
Add the onion and cabbage and continue cooking 2 minutes because they only need to soften.


Finally add the bean sprouts, carrot and fresh ginger chopped.
salt to taste.



To prepare the dough but you must have the flour with the egg and starch in the center, after you start mixing slowly add the water.


Knead until the dough is smooth and firm.


Cut the loaf of dough into six. With tirapasta form of very thin (I used to end the second measure) and cut again into two. The dose is 12/14 rolls depends on the size).




On each sheet, pour a little 'filling and then close the closing side and bottom corners and then rolling the roll on himself.




To fry the rolls in a warm place to soak in plenty of oil well. Cook very little, just enough to brown.
serve with red sweet and sour sauce and enjoy!!
