Chinese menu: coconut panna cotta with berry sauce

Cream cooked in coconut sauce with berries

Ingredients for 8 servings:
  • 400 ml coconut milk 400 ml cream
  • 10 g of gelatin (gelatin panels)
  • 120 g of sugar
  • cherry sauce frozen berries
Soak the gelatin in water.
In a saucepan mix cream stick, coconut milk and sugar. Warm on the stove but do not boil.
Squeeze the gelatine leaves and add to the cream.
melts quickly. Pour
the eight pieces in molds (I used muffin). Allow to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for several hours.


When you pour the panna cotta is firming up of plates, decorate with the berries and sour cherry sauce.
