Carbonara with bacon and zucchini
Ingredients for 4:
- 320 g spaghetti 2 eggs
- 150 g of bacon
- courgettes (about 1 / 4 of the dose that I have given in this recipe)
pepper In a frying pan, skip the bacon with a little olive oil. Join the courgettes and pepper. Whisk the eggs and set aside (cook slightly with the heat of the spaghetti just cast).
Boil the noodles and strain.
Pour the spaghetti into the pan and add the egg well.
Mix thoroughly.
If you want to add another little 'pepper once Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
