INGREDIENTS
250 gr flour
150 gr butter
100 gr icing sugar
2 egg
PREPARATION
Sift flour and sugar and add the butter into small pieces. Form a compound crumbs. Add egg yolks, mix quickly and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour. Train-the preferred form of biscuits and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven when they are still clear. Dust with icing sugar.
