Pesto Treviso

This sauce is a great dressing for pasta salad made with red (Chioggia), pine nuts and cream. The bitter taste of the salad is softened by the cream, which makes it very creamy sauce ^ _ ^

Ingredients for 4:
  • 1 / 4 of a salad chioggia (half if it is small) 100 ml cream
  • onion salt
  • pepper 1 handful of pine nuts
  • extra virgin olive oil Olive
Finely chop the onion and fry with a little oil.

chioggia Wash and cut the onion and cook it together.



When it is soft, pour it into the mixer along with the pine nuts, two tablespoons of olive oil, cream, salt and pepper.
Mix well together until it becomes a nice creamy and amalgamated.
