Spaghetti Chinese beef and vegetables
Ingredients:
- 4 / 5 nests of Chinese noodles (or noodles)
- 200 g of minced meat coarsely chopped 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini 1 pepper oil
- soy sauce fresh ginger
Prepare the dressing.
Cut the zucchini slices the carrot and bell pepper.
Crumble the ground beef and cook with a little 'oil and soy sauce. Set aside.
cook in a pan with a little 'oil the vegetables soften slightly but not making them too.
Add the meat, some 'soy sauce and chopped fresh ginger.
Cook the noodles for exactly three minutes in boiling water. Drain and stir into the sauce.
Add a little olive oil, some 'soy sauce, salt and more fresh ginger.
Serve hot!
