Preparation:
Whip the egg yolks with sugar until frothy, add the softened butter, milk, flour, baking powder, lemon rind and juice. Mix well and then add the egg whites, stirring gently from bottom to top. Pour the mixture into 4 lightly buttered molds, bake in a water bath at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Serve the pudding warm.
