Biscuits: Biscuits and jam

Biscuits
biscuits with jam

Ingredients:
  • 230 g flour 80 g butter
  • 90 g sugar 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt 1 teaspoon baking
  • strawberry jam
  • molds of various sizes
To inaugurate the beautiful molds that I got I just heard the Mark need to do some good and simple biscuits with jam. The doses are those of the crust (slightly modified to make it firmer).

Melt the butter first, combine flour, yeast, sugar, egg and salt. Mix well to form a homogeneous mixture that will stand in the refrigerator at least half an hour.

Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin about 5 mm thick. I used a mold to make the middle of the biscuit base, the same cutters to outline and then the external Formina small to pierce the center cover.

Spread all the bases on baking paper, spread a teaspoon of jam on each and cover with second cookie drilled.

A pan is ready to bake. 170/180 degrees for 15 minutes (but always better to have cookies under control.

The remainder of the shortbread cookie I used to make smaller, two stars at the center with jam. Also in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes maximum.

Here biscuits spectacular (at least a little ') soft and delicious!
