Cannelloni with ricotta and radicchio

Ingredients:
  • 12 sheets for lasagna
  • 600 g ricotta
  • half or a little tuft of radicchio more
  • 1 small onion

  • salt 1 egg
  • Parmesan (3 tablespoons)
  • pepper sauce (find the recipe here )
Soak the sheets in water for one minute boiling.
Roll up the towels. Cut in half to make 24 cannelloni.

Prepare the filling: Finely chop an onion
, cook it with a little 'oil and then add the radicchio, cut into pieces.


Go all in the mixer, add ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and Parmesan. Mix well.

Place a spoonful on each dough around filling.


Spread on dough.


then rolling the cannelloni and set aside.


Prepare the sauce by following the recipe already posted.
Put a little 'white sauce on the bottom of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then arrange the cannelloni. Pour the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with
grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.


Serve hot.
