INGREDIENTS (2 tortillas)
125 gr. 00 flour
50 ml of milk
2 tablespoons oil
a pinch of baking soda
teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Mix the flour with the salt and baking soda. Add oil and milk to form a smooth dough working fine. Divide the dough into two parts the same and spread the two tortillas with a rolling pin to obtain the classic circular shape. Bake in a pan (without oil) from side to side.
Fill as desired. In the picture filled with ham and soft cheese.
