This evening I made a cake made of fruit, Apple Dumpling: I am a sweet typical of Trentino Alto Adige in fact, to be honest, are not considered only as a dessert, often served to accompany some types of meat, however I consider them just like a real sweet!

Ingredients: (serves 4)
4 apples or golden
180 g of flour
250 g of milk
2 eggs 2 tablespoons sugar
½ tablespoon baking
frying oil
a pinch of salt

Preparation:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, pour the milk, flour sifted with baking powder and a pinch of salt, the ingredients work well to obtain a homogeneous batter without lumps. Add the egg whites until stiff steady, stirring gently from bottom to top, rest the batter for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the apples, cored with a special dig, slice thickness of 1 cm. Then dip the apple slices in batter, fry in hot oil until it is golden brown, then drain and put them on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
