INGREDIENTS
300 gr. Potato
250 gr. of "strisulis" strips of cheese
qb oil
taste of salt
PREPARATION
Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water. Peel and mash. Shredding the cheese. Place in a pan with a drizzle of low oil potato, cheese and salt and mix immediately with medium flame. Mix to form a homogeneous mixture. Level and cook until the formation of a crust on both sides.
