the cake is perfect for lovers of honey, this recipe replaces the sugar through the use of honey.
In this cake the choice of honey is important, as the honey used in fact you get a different flavor and sweet aftertaste.
From experience I can say that honey is more appropriate to acacia, is very delicate and almost has a vanilla flavor, the wildflowers instead gives a flavor aromatic and strong. Ingredients: (serves 6)
180 g of butter
150 g of potato starch
50 g of flour
200 g of honey
½ tablespoon baking
2 eggs
granulated sugar (optional)

Preparation:
Working with a whip softened butter and honey until creamy. Add the egg yolks and flour together with starch and yeast, mix all ingredients well. Beat the egg whites stiff and gently add to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a small pan (20 cm in diameter) lined with parchment paper and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
After 20 minutes add the granulated sugar and continue cooking.
