Midnighthot Streaming



These glasses are really delicious and fast to prepare. I find them perfect end to a meal such as Christmas, perhaps served after the classic panettone or pandoro fact, given the small amounts, will gladly eat after a meal or an important dinner, or they are also ideal for standing or buffet dinners maybe just for the New Year, in short, are a great idea for the holidays coming up!
Obviously if you have many visitors doubled the doses of the recipe (or even if you have few but very greedy)

Ingredients: (serves 10 glasses of whiskey)
350 g of jam brown
250 g of fresh cream
5 marron glacé

Preparation:
Mix the brown jam with a spoon to soften it.
Whip cream with electric beaters until it becomes stiff.
Combine the whipped cream gently stirring the jam from the bottom up not to remove the compound.
With the help of two spoons pour the mousse into glasses, complete with overlapping pieces of marron glacé.

Note: To be perfectly fitted the cream must be cold, remove from refrigerator before using it and leave it for 20 minutes in the freezer.
