PREPARATION
Crush with rolling pin slice of white bread. Spread a thin layer of philadelphia. Spread the mortadella (one layer). Roll up well from the short side and wrap it in tissue paper to keep its shape. Do the same for the other swivels. Merrell in the fridge for half an hour then cut into rolls about 2 cm and serve.
