PLUMCAKE CHOCOLATE CREPES



INGREDIENTS
300 gr. dark chocolate
200 gr. sugar
120 gr. butter
100 gr. flour
5 eggs

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, combine the butter and let it melt. Mix well, which must be smooth and homogeneous. In a large bowl beat with an electric mixer, eggs and sugar until almost white, then add the melted chocolate to the wire, stirring constantly. Combine yeast and gradually sifted flour, stirring constantly from top to bottom. Grease and flour a mold and pour the plum. Bake for 70 min.
